About the job as Regional Store Network Manager

As the Regional Store Network Manager, you will be responsible for the development of ICA's store structure for the southern region, both in the short and long term. You will work based on the current store network strategy, and your mission includes leading a regional team with the goal of creating strategic and operational planning for the region, as well as identifying locations for establishments and expansions in strategically important areas. You will have several external points of contact, including municipalities and property owners, as well as dialogue with both ICA internally and retailers regarding changes in the store network.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Have a university degree or equivalent knowledge in economics and/or the real estate market
• Have knowledge and understanding of the grocery and real estate industries, good ICA knowledge is an advantage
• Negotiation experience
• Experience in translating strategy into tactics/execution
